Terms And Conditions For Jannat Travel Guru

✅ 25% of the total package cost must be deposited in our company’s account as an advance to confirm the booking.
✅ 50% of the remaining package cost will be collected upon arrival.
✅ The full remaining 100% of the package cost will be collected upon arrival.
✅ Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter during their trip, as it contains important details like confirmed hotel bookings, cab information, and service contact numbers.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

✅ A contract between JANNAT TRAVEL GURU and the client is established only after the initial deposit of the specified tour package is received.
✅ If a customer wishes to cancel their booking more than 15 days prior to the travel date, for any reason (accident, illness, or personal issues, including non-payment of the balance), the company is entitled to recover cancellation charges. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
✅ The advance amount (50%) is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the travel date or in case of a No Show.
✅ The company reserves the right to adjust the package cost based on market conditions and government policies.
✅ Services will be provided as listed in the booking voucher only.
✅ Complimentary services, if not provided, cannot be claimed as cash or alternative services.
✅ JANNAT TRAVEL GURU reserves the right to cancel your booking if the advance payment of 50% of the total tour package cost is not received.

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE)

✅ Clients wishing to preponed or postpone their travel dates must notify us via email at least 15 days before the journey date.
✅ Customers can reschedule their tour once without any additional charges (if notified 15 days prior in writing). However, a second postponement or preponement will incur additional charges.
✅ Some service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) may still apply preponed/postponed charges, even when the above conditions are met. These charges will be deducted from the advance deposit.
✅ All preponed or postponed changes are subject to hotel/transport availability and seasonal pricing.
✅ No changes to the booking are accepted within 15 days of the travel date, except in rare cases such as extreme weather or strikes. In these cases, rescheduling will be communicated in advance.
✅ The validity of the advance payment for rescheduled bookings is 1 year from the date of payment.
✅ The advance payment and invoice number are transferable, meaning you can transfer your booking to a friend or relative. (Please note: all original terms and conditions must still be met for the transfer).
